Prodoscore Integration for NICE inContact

Prodoscore integrates with your company’s NICE inContact instance so that each team member’s productivity score for the day will include inContact activity including call duration.
If you are an existing Prodoscore user and are interested in integrating your inContact instance, please contact your account manager.
Once your system is connected, you can go to an employee’s page to view inContact calls for a certain day. Clicking the inContact activity module will display more detail.
