General

Prodoscore is a non-invasive and employee-centric data visualization and productivity solution that creates visibility into daily digital engagement by integration with core cloud-based business applications like your office suite, CRM, phone system, chat tools, and more.

By surfacing actionable insights, rooted in data & digestible in seconds, Prodoscore keeps leaders better informed & better prepared, while enabling flexibility and transparency for employees.

While Prodoscore is a great solution for empowering employee flexibility, the data surfaced is valuable regardless of how teams are distributed. In fact, our data suggests that it’s about the people, not the place!

Prodoscore data provides insight into how employees and departments are engaged each day to identify things like burnout, gaps in training, and tool adoption, and much more. Productivity data also helps create an environment of accountability, supports flexible work and mitigates micromanagement.

Because Prodoscore is a cloud-based solution, we can present richer data and offer a 90 day lookback from day 1 so you’re not starting at ground zero. Plus, implementation is quick and easy, and noninvasive.

The Prodoscore is a single number representing an employee’s digital engagement on a given day, based on activity across connected cloud business tools and desktop applications. It’s benchmarked against peers in comparable roles, not the whole organization, providing meaningful context for coaching conversations rather than serving as an absolute performance measure.

Prodoscore surfaces productivity insights at the employee, department, and organizational level including metrics around tool utilization, time spent in various applications, internal collaboration, daily work cadences, hours worked, and workload to name a few.

Prodoscore can’t get rid of data silos but it does aggregate data from disparate systems and present it in one dashboard that’s easy to understand and act on.

Yes. Prodoscore goes beyond seat counts and logins to measure actual behavioral engagement with AI tools, showing which tools are embedded in daily workflows, how frequently they’re used, and in what context. This helps you distinguish tools driving real productivity gains from those sitting unused.

Shadow AI refers to employees using AI tools not approved by their organization, creating security exposure and compliance risk. Prodoscore surfaces visibility into which AI tools are in use across your organization, including outside your approved stack, so IT leaders can identify risk and enforce governance policies.

Prodoscore connects AI tool adoption to measurable behavioral change. You can show which employees have changed how they work since adopting AI, how they compare in productivity to peers who have not, and which teams have the highest adoption rates, turning AI ROI from a narrative into verifiable evidence.

Rather than capturing keystrokes or screen activity, Prodoscore integrates with the cloud-based tools your team already uses, including your office suite, CRM, phone system, and more, and aggregates that activity into a single productivity score. The result is objective visibility into how work gets done, without invasive methods.

No. Prodoscore does not log keystrokes, capture screenshots, or record screen activity. It is a cloud-based solution that integrates with your existing business applications to measure digital engagement. This non-invasive approach gives leaders the visibility they need while preserving employee privacy and trust.

Prodoscore gives HR and operations leaders an objective foundation for workforce planning by surfacing patterns in team capacity, workload distribution, and engagement trends over time. Leaders can identify where bandwidth exists, where teams are over- or under-utilized, and where headcount decisions should be backed by data.

Yes. Prodoscore includes anonymized, aggregated benchmarking data drawn from organizations in your industry. Through ProdoAI Chat, you can ask how your organization’s productivity compares to sector peers and receive contextual answers grounded in real benchmark data to support more confident strategic decisions.

How It Works

The score is updated nightly.

Yes, depending on your setup, we can track activity for both.

Prodoscore works with Google Chrome and MS Edge browsers.

We don’t need to! The goal is not to capture every activity but instead to get an understanding of an employee’s general engagement with company tools. Also remember that employees are benchmarked against the same roles so it’s not critical that we capture every daily activity. We do pull in data from many popular business applications with 50+ integrations to date.

We have the ability to track simple browser activity with both our Desktop Connect agent and our Chrome Extension.

ProdoAI

ProdoAI is the AI layer built directly into Prodoscore. It delivers real-time summaries and guided insights on every platform page, giving managers and leaders immediate context for the data they’re reviewing without needing to build reports or consult an analyst. It tells you what you’re seeing and what actions the data suggests.

ProdoAI provides automatic, real-time summaries of data on any page you’re viewing. ProdoAI Chat is a conversational AI inside Prodoscore where you type a plain-English question about team performance, tool adoption, burnout risk, or industry benchmarks and receive a clear, actionable response in seconds.

No. ProdoAI operates exclusively on your internal Prodoscore data and adheres to all existing privacy policies. Your data is never shared externally or used to train outside AI models. The same security and confidentiality standards that govern the Prodoscore platform apply to every ProdoAI interaction.

ProdoAI Chat is available to all Prodoscore customers with AI enabled and Company View turned on. No separate subscription is required. If you’re unsure whether your account has AI enabled, contact your dedicated Account Management team and they’ll confirm your access and help you get started.

ProdoAI is built for every level of your organization. Individual contributors gain insights into their own productivity trends. Team leads surface coaching opportunities. Executives and HR leaders can ask org-level questions about burnout, tool adoption, and benchmarks, all grounded in actual Prodoscore data.

ProdoAI Chat respects the same role-based permissions that govern the rest of the Prodoscore platform. Managers see only their team’s data. Executives see org-level data. Individual employees see their personal data. No AI-generated response will surface information a user isn’t already authorized to view.

Security

The data that Prodoscore collects is stored on the Google Cloud Platform, GCP, so it never leaves the Google network.

Prodoscore has successfully completed the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type audit, which verifies that Prodoscore’s information security practices, policies, procedures, and operations meet the highest standards for security, availability, and confidentiality. We make it a priority to ensure that our customers’ data and systems are kept safe.

If you would like further details, we would be happy to provide you access to the SOC 2 compliance report. However, we require that you sign a non-disclosure agreement first.

No. We recommend you build a hierarchy within your organization to limit the view to employees and managers. Administrators have full access to view scores across the organization . Managers can only view themselves and the employees assigned to them; employees can view their personal score and where they rank amongst peers.

Employee data is kept for as long as you are a customer of Prodoscore or until you update the employee’s role to ‘terminated.’

Prodoscore takes data privacy and compliance seriously. The platform has successfully completed a SOC 2 Type II audit, verifying that its security practices meet the highest standards for security, availability, and confidentiality. Visit our Security and Privacy page or contact your Account Manager for details on specific regulatory frameworks.

Transparency is critical to a successful rollout. We recommend introducing Prodoscore before deployment, explaining what data is collected, how the score is calculated, and how it will be used. Employees have access to their own data, which reinforces accountability without secrecy. Your Customer Success team can provide change management guidance.

Yes. Employees can view their own productivity score and how they rank relative to peers in similar roles. This transparency is intentional. Prodoscore is designed to support a culture of openness and accountability, not top-down monitoring. Visibility into their own data encourages self-awareness and productive manager conversations.

For Employees

Prodoscore is a workforce intelligence platform that helps your organization understand how work gets done across teams. It aggregates data from the cloud-based tools and desktop applications your company already uses to generate a daily engagement score. Your company uses this data to support coaching, workload balance, and recognition of high performance.

No. Prodoscore does not capture screenshots, record screen activity, or log keystrokes. It measures engagement with connected business tools, not the content of your work. Managers can see engagement scores and general activity patterns, but they cannot read your emails, listen to your calls, or view the specifics of your work.

Your Prodoscore is calculated daily based on your digital engagement across connected business tools. The system aggregates signals from those tools, assigns weighted values based on your role, and generates a single engagement score. Your score is benchmarked against colleagues in similar roles, accounting for differences in job function.

Employee data is retained as long as your employer is an active Prodoscore customer, or until your account is updated to a terminated status in the platform. For questions about data retention or your personal data rights, speak with your HR team or IT administrator, who can provide details specific to your organization’s policies.
