Prodoscore integrates with your company’s SalesForce CRM instance. Each team member’s productivity score for the day will include SalesForce activity.
If you are an existing Prodoscore user and are interested in integrating your SalesForce instance, please contact your account manager. Once your CRM is connected, daily employee activity within the application will be available, including the following modules:
- Live Chat
- Calls Logged
- SMS Logged
- New Leads
- New Opportunities
Clicking into any module (i.e. Opportunity Activities), you’ll see a list of logged SalesForce activity for the day.
