Prodoscore integrates with your company’s Salesforce CRM instance. Each team member’s productivity score for the day will include time spent working in Salesforce.
To connect Salesforce to your Prodoscore account, please contact your Account Manager. Once your CRM is connected, daily employee activity within the tool will be available, including the following modules:
- Live Chat
- Calls Logged
- Chatter Activities
- Chatter Messages
- New Leads
- New Opportunities
Clicking into any module (i.e. Opportunity Activities), you’ll see a list of logged Salesforce activity for the day.
