We’re going to cover how Prodoscore integrates with the CRM, Salesforce, and the data you gain from this integration. Prodoscore will also track time spent on Salesforce Opportunity activities and count them in the Prodoscore for the day.
First your Prodoscore Admin will need to connect Salesforce to your Prodoscore account. Note they will also need to be a Salesforce admin to do so.
Go to settings, then CRM settings, then change credentials.
Select Salesforce, enter your login info, and then click on the “click here link to get your Salesforce access token.”
Copy and paste the access token. Click save changes. Your CRM and Prodoscore employees should then be matched automatically, but they can also be assigned with the dropdown menu.
After your CRM is connected, you can go to an employee’s page to see their Opportunity activities for certain day.
If you click Opportunity Activities, you’ll see a list of logged Salesforce opportunities for the day.
