Prodoscore integrates with your company’s 8×8 phone system. Each team member’s productivity score for the day will include time spent using 8×8’s Call module.
The Prodoscore Admins and your Management team can determine a weight to assign the phone module so it makes sense for your organization.
After your phone system is connected, you can go to an employee’s page to view phone calls made for a certain day. Clicking a specific call will display more detail including direction of the call (inbound or outbound), status (connected or missed), type (normal or transfer), and duration.
