A Player Sales Executives show consistently higher productivity

The purpose of this study was to identify correlations between Recruiter and Sales Executive performance and productivity to understand how various factors affect overall efficiency and productivity, providing a foundation for informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Employees were placed into 3 groups based on performance with A being the top performers and C being the low performers (A, B and C players).

Group A for both roles showed the highest levels of productivity.

Tool usage differs by performance group and the data offers insight into how to boost productivity.
Workday analysis identifies considerable variation in workday start and end times for Sales Executives but little difference for Recruiters.
