Visibility that Creates Value
When I was first introduced to Prodoscore, I thought that the software would allow us to monitor employee productivity but also provide a tool to help our employees understand how their days look and how they can improve. By giving each employee insight into how they interact with our different business tools, they can better visualize their days and identify ways to work more efficiently and productively, as well as smarter.
Although we’ve always monitored employee productivity in some way, we did not utilize a tool that offered the type of productivity intelligence we get from Prodoscore until implementing the Prodoscore solution. We never considered any competitors or similar solutions, we knew Prodoscore was the right fit for our team, specifically sales people and recruiters, and now really value this level of insight.
I didn’t buy Prodoscore because I thought our employees were not working hard. I bought it because sometimes people don’t invest time on the right things in the right way. Sometimes there are better ways to do things and it’s not always easy or even possible to identify those opportunities. Prodoscore makes self-coaching far more effective.
Product Utilization
Overall, the onboarding process was simple and the team has been great to work with. Our team leaders generally like the visibility Prodoscore provides and recognize how we can make use of the data to improve. Personally, I like being able to gauge engagement across the business as a whole. Having quick access to someone’s day and clicking on a feature such as their phone calls in order to analyze how they’re working is extremely useful.
While I can’t directly tie company results to our Prodoscore implementation, we did have our best year ever in 2022 and I believe overall Prodoscore has affected our bottom line positively.
Broad Benefits
The truth is, not every employee will like Prodoscore. And, that’s OK. Typically the folks who don’t like it are the people who don’t want anyone holding them accountable. Team members that put in effort generally don’t have concerns about this type of visibility. And, big picture, that insight will only help a business grow.
