Prodoscore Integration for freshdesk

Prodoscore integrates with your company’s Freshdesk customer service software application. Each team member’s productivity score for the day will include the following Freshdesk activities:
- Tickets
- Notes
- Emails
The Prodoscore Admins and your Management team can determine a weight to assign the module so it makes sense for your organization.
Once your system is connected, you can go to an employee’s page to view Freshdesk activity for a certain day. Clicking the Freshdesk activity module will display more detail.
