Prodoscore integrates with your company’s GoToConnect phone system. Each team member’s productivity score for the day will include GoToConnect activity.
If you are an existing Prodoscore user and are interested in integrating your GoToConnect instance, please contact your account manager.
Once connected, you can go to an employee’s page to view individual calls, group calls, park calls, and transfer calls for a certain day. Clicking a specific call will display more detail.
The following attributes are displayed under the GoToConnect Calls module:
- Direction – Inbound, Outbound
- Status – Connected, Not Connected
