Your admin requests API credentials from JobDiva support, creates a dedicated API user inside JobDiva under Settings, then enters those credentials directly into the Prodoscore Admin dashboard under Product Settings, CRM Systems, JobDiva.
Once connected, Prodoscore automatically matches JobDiva users to Prodoscore accounts by email address, and begins capturing job, contact, candidate, company, and activity data immediately. That data aggregates into the daily productivity score alongside every other connected business tool.
