Prodoscore integrates with your company’s ZenDesk platform so that each team member’s productivity score for the day will include ZenDesk ticket activity. Ticket creation, updates, and modifications will be captured.

Once your system is connected, you can go to an employee’s page to view ZenDesk cloud-based activity for a certain day. Clicking the ZenDesk activity module will display more detail.
