Prodoscore helps me understand how my team is utilizing their time. The data highlights if a team member is struggling and opens the conversation to see how we can drive better results. Just focusing on revenue and gross profit doesn’t show me the entire picture of what’s actually affecting the team and the business overall.
My favorite feature is definitely the activity timeline. It’s especially helpful since moving to remote/hybrid and allows us to make sure our employees are working a full day. Since implementing Prodoscore, productivity has increased especially with our BDRs. In terms of sales per headcount, all our sales numbers are up now compared to 2019 when we went remote. I can see the productivity among our support team is pretty high but I also want to make sure one department isn’t getting burned out. Prodoscore allows me to measure workload and adjust accordingly.
