Why Prodoscore

I stumbled upon the software and was immediately intrigued. Once I learned more, I knew the data would be incredibly valuable for our organization. Prior to Prodoscore, we only had cryptic data available to us in our Microsoft Office 365 suite, which unfortunately did not offer much utility.

We ended up kicking off a proof of concept for a small group of employees and quickly recognized the opportunities we had to make improvements. Specifically, we identified gaps in engagement that we could directly address with our teams.

Prodoscore gave us the data we needed to back up what we assumed was going on internally. Today, the product gives us real-time data for our entire organization, pinpointing who is engaged and who may be distracted, and enables us to act on those findings.

Product Highlights

The interface overall was an exciting addition to our tech stack and great resource for our leadership team but most recently the Social Network enhancement has been a game changer. The collaboration tool helps us define who the influencers in the business are. Without Prodoscore we’d never be able to access that kind of information.

I was not personally involved in the product onboarding but I do know it took no time so must have gone off without a hitch!

Results

We have experienced a slight increase in engagement since implementing Prodoscore. It has only been a few months but I expect to see even greater improvements as we continue to use it and identify new use cases.

One thing I’ve found particularly interesting is that you don’t always know what to expect with a tool like this. Sure, you have your assumptions about certain employees and teams and sometimes the data supports those assumptions but other times you’re completely caught off guard. One of our warehouse team members, for example, who spends his days alone turned out to be one of our most engaged employees. He has no supervision but regularly scores towards the top of our range. Without Prodoscore we may not have given that employee the attention and recognition he truly deserves.

Quite simply, if your business operates remotely, hybrid or in an office for that matter, Prodoscore is the best way to monitor engagement and gain access to a few leading indicators that draw attention to why certain people or departments are not being utilized the best way possible.
