High scorers have higher fee trends

This study identified crucial insights into the correlation between attorney performance, fees charged, productivity, tenure, and technology use.

A prevalent highlight is that significantly more attorneys fail to meet or exceed their fee goals (68%), yet, others consistently fulfill or surpass their financial performance indicators.

Analyzing productivity scores reveals an average rating of 41 points out of 100 for both high and low fee groups. However, attorneys charging lower fees frequently score 5 points below their counterparts, with a drop in productivity after Memorial and Independence Days.
