Your most important business decisions are being made without your most important data.
You have an HRIS. You run engagement surveys. You have CRM data, manager check-ins, and utilization reports. And yet you still can’t answer the questions that matter most. Why is attrition spiking? Is your AI investment actually changing how people work? Do you have the capacity to take on this initiative? Are the right people doing the right things?
The missing layer is Activity Intelligence. Prodoscore captures how work actually happens across your entire organization and turns that data into the workforce visibility that enterprise leaders have never had before.
Your existing tools tell you who your people are and what they say. Prodoscore tells you what they actually do.
Every organization has workforce data, but it’s often lagging, self-reported, or too siloed to drive meaningful decisions. It misses the behavioral layer: the continuous signal of how work gets done, day over day, across every team and every tool in your organization.
That behavioral layer is what Prodoscore captures. We call it Activity Intelligence, and it’s a fundamentally new category of data that enterprise organizations need to operate at the level AI transformation demands.
Prodoscore connects natively to 85+ business applications, like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Salesforce, and our Desktop Connect agent fills in any gaps that cloud integrations don’t cover.
The data Prodoscore combines into a single intelligence layer
This is the data layer your HRIS, engagement platform, and CRM were never designed to provide. Prodoscore built it specifically for the decisions enterprise leaders are under pressure to make today.
-
Application activity data
Which tools your people use, how frequently, and whether usage reflects genuine adoption or surface-level engagement.
-
Collaboration data
Communication patterns, cross-functional connection strength, and how your organizational network actually functions versus how it appears on paper.
-
Time allocation data
Where your workforce is actually spending hours and whether that allocation matches your strategic priorities.
-
Tool adoption data
Whether the software and AI tools you invested in are changing how work gets done or are sitting unused.
-
Behavioral signals
The patterns that precede burnout, disengagement, and resignation, visible in the data weeks before they surface in a conversation or an exit interview.
What Enterprise Leaders Use Activity Intelligence For
Activity Intelligence applies differently depending on your role and your most pressing organizational challenges. Below are three of the most common ways enterprise leaders use Prodoscore. The use cases extend well beyond these examples, and every deployment is tailored to the organization’s specific needs.
Know what is driving performance and retention before it’s too late to act on.
Most HR tools were built for a different era. Engagement surveys capture a single moment. HRIS data records events after they happen. By the time a retention problem surfaces, it’s often too late.
Prodoscore provides HR and executive leaders with a continuous behavioral signal, identifying disengagement and flight risk weeks before a resignation is submitted. Beyond retention, the platform supports capacity planning, burnout risk assessment, objective performance baselines, and genuinely predictive people analytics models.
What Prodoscore addresses for this audience: Retention risk and early attrition warnings, burnout detection among high performers, headcount planning grounded in real utilization data, performance management with objective behavioral baselines, M&A workforce integration planning, and manager coaching informed by actual behavioral data rather than opinion.
See what your top performers actually do differently, and build every rep toward that standard.
Most sales teams manage without objective data on how reps actually spend their time. CRM data tells you what was logged, not what was done.
Prodoscore gives revenue leaders a clear picture of rep activity, time allocation, and behavioral patterns that correlate with quota attainment, giving every manager a concrete model to coach toward.
Native CRM integration and Prodoscore’s MCP capability bring Activity Intelligence into your existing tools. Leading indicators of pipeline health surface early, new hires who mirror top-performer patterns ramp faster, and overloaded reps are flagged before performance slips.
What Prodoscore addresses for this audience: Correlation between rRep activity and quota; identification of top performers’ behavioral patterns to replicate coaching; CRM enrichment with behavioral data; leading indicators of pipeline health; new-hire ramp acceleration; and burnout protection for high-performing sales talent.
Know whether your technology investments are actually changing how your organization works.
Most organizations can tell the board which tools were purchased. Very few can tell them whether those tools changed how people work.
Prodoscore provides the behavioral evidence layer that connects technology investment to workforce impact, measuring actual engagement with every tool across roles, teams, and locations. That data identifies which licenses are genuinely used, surfaces AI Superusers and what they do differently, and tracks AI adoption in real time so you can answer the board with data.
What Prodoscore addresses for this audience: Software license utilization and consolidation opportunities; AI tool adoption measurement beyond seat count; identification of AI Superusers and replicable adoption patterns; Shadow AI risk visibility; operational hours reclaimed through technology adoption; and board-ready ROI documentation for AI and technology investments.
Activity Intelligence that your legal, security, and HR teams can stand behind.
For enterprise organizations, deploying any new data platform requires confidence that it will meet the governance, privacy, and security standards your stakeholders expect. Prodoscore was built with those requirements in mind from the ground up.
What Prodoscore captures and what it does not.
Prodoscore measures activity volume and frequency across professional tools. The platform does not capture private message content, keystrokes, screenshots, or live video streams. No passive capture features are active by default. Prodoscore encourages organizational transparency with employees about what is captured and why, so Activity Intelligence strengthens trust rather than undermining it.
Data security architecture.
All customer data is stored in a secure data warehouse managed by Google Cloud Platform. Prodoscore uses AES-256 encryption for data at rest, with each piece of data organized into discrete encrypted blocks before it is written to cloud storage. Data in transit is protected via HTTPS, SSL, and TLS protocols. Mutual authentication is handled through a combination of digital certificates and per-instance shared key creation using Google Cloud Key Management System.
Access controls and data privacy.
Prodoscore employees do not have access to customer data unless temporarily granted by an authorized administrator at the customer organization for troubleshooting purposes. User access within the platform is highly restricted and must be approved by an organizational admin designated by the customer. Your data is yours.
Infrastructure and compliance certifications.
Prodoscore’s servers are hosted in a SOC 2 Type 2 compliant data center across multiple availability zones and regions. Google’s physical infrastructure, which underpins Prodoscore’s data storage, has been accredited under ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC 2, PCI Level 1, FISMA Moderate, and Sarbanes-Oxley. Prodoscore supports compliance initiatives, including GDPR and Privacy Shield.
Identity and authentication.
Prodoscore supports Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication, with certified SSO for identity providers including Azure AD and Google Workspace. Authentication is delegated to identity providers that support the SAML 2.0 standard, so Prodoscore aligns with your organization’s existing authentication security protocols rather than requiring a separate credential layer.
Data portability and retention.
Active accounts can determine which data elements are retained, and data can be exported via multiple methods in compliance with GDPR Article 20 Right to Data Portability.

Questions Enterprise Leaders Ask Before Getting Started
HRIS captures who your employees are. Your engagement surveys capture how they say they feel. Your CRM captures what was logged. None of those sources capture the behavioral layer: what your people are actually doing, which tools they are genuinely using, and how those patterns are changing over time. Prodoscore captures that layer continuously and objectively, across every tool in your organization, giving leaders a signal that existing platforms were never designed to provide.
Most organizations are seeing live data within 24 hours of implementation. Native integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, and 70+ other platforms require no agent installation. For desktop and legacy applications, our Desktop Connect agent deploys silently to employee terminals. Prodoscore’s onboarding team manages the process directly, and the implementation lift on your IT team is minimal.
Prodoscore captures activity volume and frequency in professional tools, not private message content or keystrokes. No screenshots or live streams are active by default. Data can be aggregated and anonymized at the leadership level, and Prodoscore’s privacy controls are configurable to align with your organization’s policies. The platform is built on a privacy-first approach designed specifically to meet enterprise governance requirements.
Your existing HR technology stack almost certainly has a gap at the behavioral layer. Prodoscore fills that gap by providing continuous, objective, real-time activity data across your entire workforce. That data enriches your existing platforms rather than replacing them. It makes your people analytics models predictive rather than descriptive, gives your managers behavioral context for coaching conversations, and gives your executive team the leading indicators they need to move faster on decisions that currently rely on lagging data.
Prodoscore’s Desktop Connect agent captures activity from legacy ERP systems, desktop-heavy workflows, and specialized software that standard web APIs miss entirely. Combined with native cloud integrations, this ensures a complete and consistent picture across the whole organization, regardless of how varied the underlying technology environment is.
Yes, and often those organizations get the most immediate value. Prodoscore provides a behavioral baseline before AI tools are fully deployed, enabling measurement of the actual impact of adoption over time. You will know whether your AI investments are changing how work gets done, which teams are adopting fastest, where enablement is needed, and what the output difference looks like between employees who have integrated AI tools and those who have not.
The decisions you are making right now deserve better data than you currently have.
Organizations that invest in Activity Intelligence don’t just answer the questions they’re already being asked. They start asking better ones. Prodoscore deploys in minutes, delivers live data within 24 hours, and is tailored to your organization’s specific intelligence priorities.
