Standard installation makes MyZenV2 visible to the user (app icon in Dock and Applications folder). This is the recommended approach for most deployments.
Installation Steps
1 Download the PKG installer. Log in to the Prodoscore admin portal > click your profile icon (top right) > Download Apps > Mac > Standard
Or visit ag.prodoscore.com/downloads and download the appropriate architecture (Apple Silicon or Intel)
2 Locate the downloaded MyZenV2.pkg file in your Downloads folder
3 Double-click the PKG file to begin installation
4 A security popup may appear: "MyZenV2 was blocked because it is not from an identified developer"
Click "OK" to dismiss the popup
5 Go to System Settings > Security & Privacy section
Look for a message about MyZenV2 being blocked
Click "Open Anyway" next to the MyZenV2 message
6 A popup asks to confirm: "Are you sure you want to open it?" Click "Open"
7 The installer window opens. Click "Continue" to proceed
8 Select the destination disk (usually Macintosh HD) and click "Install"
9 When prompted, enter your Mac login password (required to install system-level software)
Click "Install Software"
10 Wait for installation to complete. You see a message: "Installation was successful"
Click "Close"
11 On first launch, MyZenV2 will request Accessibility permission. Click "Open System Settings"
Find MyZenV2 in the Accessibility list and toggle the switch ON
12 Return to MyZenV2. Enter your Prodoscore workspace name (e.g., "acme" if your URL is acme.ag.prodoscore.com)
13 Click "Sign In" and enter your Prodoscore email and password
14 Once logged in, click "Punch In" to start your workday
After Installation
MyZen will now:
- Run in the background continuously
- Appear in the Dock (you can right-click to Hide it if desired)
- Launch automatically each time you log in (via LaunchAgent)
- Collect activity data while you're punched in
- Stop collecting data when you punch out
Stay logged in and just Punch In/Out each day. Do not quit or uninstall the app.
Verification
To confirm installation is working:
- Open Activity Monitor (Applications > Utilities) and search for "MyZenV2"
- MyZenV2 should be listed and running
- Your user should appear in the MyZen window and show "Punched In" status
