Overview
The My Settings section allows each individual user to manage their personal preferences within Prodoscore — including notification settings, report frequency, and profile information.
What You Can Configure in My Settings
- Email report frequency: Choose to receive a Daily or Weekly Prodoscore digest by email, or turn off email reports entirely.
- Notification preferences: Manage which in-app or email notifications you receive.
- Profile details: Review your name, email, assigned role, department, manager, and view level as configured by your admin.
Note: Core settings like your role, department, manager, and view level can only be changed by an admin. Contact your Prodoscore administrator if any of these details need updating.
