Dashboard: Buckets of Productivity Explained

Overview

Prodoscore categorizes every employee's daily productivity into one of three standardized tiers: Above Average, Within Average, and Below Average. These buckets are consistent across all Prodoscore clients and are not customizable.

Above Average Productivity

A Prodoscore above 75 is classified as Above Average. Individuals in this tier often demonstrate a high level of daily activity or carry a heavy workload.

Burnout risk: Above Average employees may be overextended. Consider using this data to identify employees who may benefit from workload balancing or additional support.

Within Average Productivity

A Prodoscore between 40 and 75 is classified as Within Average. This range is considered healthy and indicates consistent, sustainable productivity — the target zone for most employees.

Below Average Productivity

A Prodoscore below 40 is classified as Below Average. Employees in this category may not be consistently using connected tools, which can indicate:

  • Disengagement or low motivation
  • Onboarding gaps (new employees still ramping up)
  • Missing product integrations (tools not properly mapped)
  • A need for additional training or support

Important Considerations

  • Productivity buckets are standardized and apply uniformly across all Prodoscore customers.
  • Each role is scored independently — a Prodoscore of 50 may reflect different expectations for a Sales role compared to a Customer Support role.
  • Use bucket data as a starting point for coaching conversations, not as a definitive performance judgment.
