Org Settings: Organization Holidays

Purpose

Organization Holidays ensure employees are not scored for activity on designated company holidays. This helps maintain fair and accurate productivity scoring across the organization — so no one receives a low score on a day the company is officially closed.

Steps to Mark Organization Holidays

1 Log in to your Prodoscore admin account.
2 Locate the left-hand navigation panel and click Settings.
3 From the same menu, click Org Settings.
4 Scroll to the bottom of the Org Settings page to find the Organization Holidays calendar.
5 Click on the date you want to designate as a holiday. When a solid blue circle appears around the date, the holiday has been successfully selected. Employees will not be scored for activity on that date.
6 Scroll through future months or years to add additional holidays as needed.

Additional Notes

  • Organization Holidays apply to the entire company — they cannot be set for individual employees or departments.
  • Holidays can be updated at any time if your schedule changes.
  • Marking holidays consistently at the start of each year helps ensure accurate and equitable reporting throughout the year.
