What Is Prodoscore?

Overview

Prodoscore is a workforce intelligence platform that measures employee productivity by aggregating activity data from the cloud-based tools your team already uses — email, calendar, CRM, voice, video, chat, and browser activity. Rather than tracking surveillance-style metrics, Prodoscore focuses on meaningful work signals to deliver a daily productivity score for every employee, team, and the organization as a whole.

The result is an objective, data-driven lens on how work is being done — surfacing patterns, identifying coaching opportunities, and giving managers the visibility to lead effectively without micromanaging.

How It Works

Prodoscore connects to your existing tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and many more). It aggregates activity signals from these applications and runs them through a proprietary AI/ML-based algorithm that calculates a daily score. Scores are role-based, so a salesperson is benchmarked against other salespeople — not against a developer or HR coordinator.

What Prodoscore Is Not

  • It is not a keystroke logger or screen recorder
  • It does not read the content of emails, chats, or documents
  • It does not capture audio, video, or location data
  • It is not a grading system — scores are trend indicators, not performance ratings

Key Concepts

Prodoscore (the score): A daily numeric score (typically 0–100+) representing an employee's productivity activity that day, normalized against their role baseline.

Role-Based Scoring: Each role has a unique baseline. Scores are only compared within the same role, making the data fair and contextually relevant.

Organization Prodoscore: The average score across all visible employees in the platform — giving leadership a pulse on company-wide productivity.

Connected Products: The integrations (Google Workspace, Outlook, Salesforce, etc.) that feed activity data into Prodoscore. The richer the product set, the more complete the picture.
