If you forget your Prodoscore password or need to reset it, follow these steps.
Standard Password Reset
1 Go to your Prodoscore workspace login page. The URL format is: https://[yourworkspace].ag.prodoscore.com
Example: https://acme.ag.prodoscore.com
2 On the login page, click "Forgot Password?"
3 Enter your registered email address (the email used when your account was created)
4 Click "Send Reset Link" or "Reset Password"
5 Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for a message titled "Reset Your Password" from Prodoscore
6 Click the reset link in the email. A password reset form appears.
7 Enter your new password twice (confirm it)
8 Click "Set Password" or "Submit"
9 Return to the login page and sign in with your new password
Finding Your Workspace URL
If you don't know your workspace URL:
- Check your welcome email: Your original welcome email includes the workspace URL
- Ask your admin: Contact your Prodoscore administrator for the workspace name
- Check your browser history: You may have visited the login page before
The workspace URL is always in the format: https://[workspace-name].ag.prodoscore.com
If You Don't Receive the Reset Email
- Check spam/junk folder: The reset email may be filtered as spam
- Wait a few minutes: Email delivery can take 1-5 minutes
- Verify the email address: Make sure you entered the exact email used when your account was created
- Try again: Return to the Forgot Password page and submit your email again
If Issues Persist
Contact Prodoscore support at support@prodoscore.com with:
- Your workspace URL
- Your registered email address
- A brief description of the issue
Support will assist you in resetting your password or investigating delivery issues.
Password Requirements
Your password must meet these requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)
Example: MyPassword123!
Security Tips
- Use a unique password: Don't reuse passwords from other services
- Use a password manager: Tools like 1Password or LastPass securely store and autofill passwords
- Never share your password: Prodoscore admins will never ask for your password
- Change periodically: Consider changing your password every 90 days
