Navigate to Employees
1 Go to Settings in the left-hand menu.
2 Click Employees.
3 Locate the employee you would like to deactivate.
Update the User Role
Change the user's role to one of the following options:
4 Not Activated — Preserves the employee's historical data; frees up a Prodoscore license; the employee will appear under the New Employees section. Use this for employees who may return or when data retention is important.
5 Terminated — Does not preserve historical data; frees up a Prodoscore license; the employee will appear under the Terminated section. Use this for permanent departures where data is no longer needed.
Warning: Selecting Terminated permanently removes the employee's historical data. This action cannot be undone. If in doubt, choose Not Activated to preserve data while still freeing the license.
