App & URL Reports Last updated June 2, 2026 · Desktop Connect

The Apps/URL Report provides detailed logs of which applications and websites employees used during work hours, categorized by productivity level. Access via Reports > Apps/URL Report.

Report Columns

  • Employee Name: Who used the app/URL
  • Application/URL: Name of the app or website (domain visible by default; full URL requires Screen Details add-on)
  • Duration: Time spent on the app/URL
  • Productivity Category: Marked as Productive, Unproductive, or Neutral based on your Productivity Rules
  • Team: Employee's team

Filters and Download

  • Team Filter: Multi-select teams
  • Users Filter: Specific employee(s)
  • Date Range Filter: Default last 7 days
  • Download: Export as CSV for external analysis

Analysis

Use this report to:

  • Identify the most-used applications across your organization
  • Spot time spent on non-work-related websites
  • Understand category utilization over time
  • Support coaching conversations about tool usage and time allocation
  • Validate productivity rule categorization (are apps marked correctly?)
Privacy Note: Without the Screen Details add-on, only the domain is visible (google.com, not google.com/search?...). Full URL requires the add-on.
