How to Submit Feedback
Prodoscore welcomes product feedback from all admins and managers. The built-in feedback tool automatically includes a screenshot of your current view along with any comments you write, making it easy to share exactly what you are seeing.
1 Log in to Prodoscore at app.prodoscore.com.
2 Navigate to the page or feature you want to provide feedback about.
3 Click the Feedback button located at the bottom left of the dashboard.
4 A screenshot of your current view is automatically captured. Add your comments in the text field.
5 Click Submit. Your feedback goes directly to the Prodoscore team.

You can also email the Prodoscore support team directly at support@prodoscore.com for questions, issues, or feature requests.
Tip: When reporting a bug or unexpected behavior, submitting feedback from the exact page where the issue occurs — rather than from the home page — helps the support team investigate faster.
