How to Submit Feedback
Prodoscore welcomes product feedback from all admins and managers. The built-in feedback tool automatically includes a screenshot of your current view along with any comments you write, making it easy to share exactly what you are seeing.

Log in to Prodoscore at app.prodoscore.com.

Navigate to the page or feature you want to provide feedback about.

Click the Feedback button located at the bottom left of the dashboard.

A screenshot of your current view is automatically captured. Add your comments in the text field.

Click Submit. Your feedback goes directly to the Prodoscore team.

You can also email the Prodoscore support team directly at support@prodoscore.com for questions, issues, or feature requests.
Tip: When reporting a bug or unexpected behavior, submitting feedback from the exact page where the issue occurs — rather than from the home page — helps the support team investigate faster.
