Org Settings: Time, Work Shift & Activity Settings
Admin Permissions Required for all Org Settings changes described on this page.

Time Settings

Time Settings define the duration of time that Prodoscore monitors activity each day.

Recommended configuration:

  • Start Time: 12:00 AM
  • End Time: 11:59 PM
  • 24-Hour Shift: Enabled

This configuration ensures Prodoscore captures data continuously for 24 hours each day, regardless of when employees work. Also select your organization's primary Time Zone.

Important: These settings should not be changed without consulting your Customer Success Manager. Modifying the data collection timeframe can affect historical score integrity.

Work Shift Settings

Work Shift Settings determine which days of the week Prodoscore captures data. The default work shift is Monday–Friday; Saturday and Sunday are excluded by default.

If weekend activity should be captured, select Saturday and/or Sunday to include them. Each selected day is treated as a full working day and scored equally.

Custom Work Shifts

Custom Work Shifts can be created for employees who do not follow a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

1

Enable the Custom Work Shifts toggle.

2

Name the custom work shift and select the desired working days.

3

Save the settings to make the custom shift available for assignment.

4

Navigate to Employee Settings, select the employee(s), assign the custom work shift, and click Save Changes.

Work Timeline Display (Crop Setting)

The Crop setting controls how the Work Timeline For The Day is displayed on the Daily Inputs page.

  • Crop enabled: The timeline displays only when activity starts and ends — cleaner view.
  • Crop disabled: The timeline displays all hours where data is collected.

Recommended: Crop enabled for the best user experience.

Gap Time and Active Time

Active Time shows how much time an employee spends within connected tools per day. Active Time does not impact the Prodoscore — it is a transparency metric only.

Gap Time shows periods where no activity is detected within the selected timeframe. When enabled, Gap Time and Active Time appear in the Work Timeline For The Day. Red shaded areas in the timeline indicate Gap Time.

Activity Details

Activity Details control the level of visibility into individual activities captured by Prodoscore. Detail levels vary depending on the connected tool or integration.

  • Activity Details OFF: Only activity counts or durations are shown. Content such as email bodies, chat messages, or document details is hidden.
  • Activity Details ON: Detailed content metadata becomes visible to admins and managers with appropriate access.

This setting can be turned on or off at any time. Data becomes visible only while the setting is enabled.
