Score FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About the Prodoscore

How does Prodoscore calculate the score? Can I see exact weights?
Prodoscore uses a proprietary AI/ML algorithm that applies baseline activity weights and normalizes them over time based on how your team works. Exact weights are not published to prevent gaming the system. The score is a directional trend indicator — not a formula to optimize.

What does it mean when a record in the Score Details is greyed out?
A greyed-out item means the activity was not counted toward the Prodoscore. This can happen when the task was flagged by the system or excluded by a manager, or when the activity is an incoming message (chat/email received), which does not count toward the score.

What is the difference between the Organization Prodoscore and the Employee Prodoscore?
The Organization Prodoscore is the average score of all visible employees in the system. The Employee Prodoscore is the individual score based on that specific employee's activity and connected tools.

What is the Organization Prodoscore Chart?
This chart visually represents the organization's average productivity score over time, helping to identify overall trends and performance shifts across the company.

Why do I see two numbers for managers on the Managers Prodoscores page?
Managers have two scores: their own individual Prodoscore (based on their personal activity) and the average Prodoscore of their direct reports (reflecting their team's collective productivity).

My score seems lower than I expected. What should I check?
First, verify that all your products are still connected and mapped in Settings > Products. Check if any calendar events were flagged (greyed out in Score Details). Confirm your role is correctly assigned — scoring benchmarks vary significantly by role. If issues persist, contact your admin or support@prodoscore.com.

How do I increase my score?
The end user dashboard highlights daily activity and can help identify weaker spots. The action cards at the bottom of the dashboard show what higher-scoring team members in the same role are doing.
