Introduction

Prodoscore integrates with Microsoft Office 365 to provide real-time visibility into employee productivity. Activity is measured across Outlook, OneDrive, Calendar, and Microsoft Teams Chats and Calls. After onboarding is complete and the instance is created, users can log in and begin using the platform.

Important timing notes:
  • Teams Chats and Calls data is captured via webhooks and will begin recording the day after onboarding.
  • OneDrive data can only be pulled for the last two weeks due to document version history limitations.

Onboarding Requirements

  • An active Microsoft Office 365 account is required.
  • The onboarding user must have Microsoft Admin permissions.
  • The domain must be confirmed prior to onboarding in order to generate the required consent URL.

Installation Steps

Your Implementation Specialist will generate a consent URL within the Prodoscore Super Admin. The connected domain must match the email domain listed in the onboarding sheet. If multiple email domains are used, notify your Implementation Specialist in advance.

The Implementation Specialist shares the Microsoft consent URL during the onboarding call. When the Microsoft Super Admin logs in, they will be prompted to grant consent.

Once consent is granted, the O365 Super Admin will be prompted to begin onboarding in Prodoscore. Click Next to start onboarding your domain.

Select Domain: If multiple domains exist, select the primary domain to install Prodoscore. Click Next to continue.

Configure Time Settings: Select the organization's time zone, working days, and working hours. Recommended setting: 24/7 (12:00 AM – 11:59 PM) to ensure activity outside standard hours is captured. Custom work shifts can be configured later in Admin Settings. Click Next.

Upload Onboarding Sheet: Upload the completed XLS onboarding sheet. Click Next to continue.

Complete Onboarding: After submission, the Implementation Specialist will set up the Prodoscore instance. Setup typically takes 1–2 business days. The admin will receive an email once onboarding is successfully completed.

Large organizations: The onboarding sheet supports up to 250 users per upload. If more than 250 users need to be onboarded, the Implementation Specialist must submit a request to Prodoscore's Development team. The onboarding process follows the same steps up until the user upload stage.
