Understanding Your Prodoscore

What Is the Prodoscore?

Prodoscore is a daily numeric productivity score generated from your activity across connected cloud applications. It is calculated using a proprietary AI and machine learning algorithm that weighs different types of work activity based on your role.

Scores are not a grading scale. Their value is in the trends they reveal over time — a steady score, a consistent upward trajectory, or a notable dip are all meaningful signals, but a single day's score in isolation rarely tells the full story.

What Goes Into the Score

Prodoscore aggregates activity from these technology categories:

  • Calendar (meetings attended)
  • Email (sent messages)
  • Messaging & Chat (Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, Slack)
  • Voice & Video (Zoom, Google Meet, RingCentral, Dialpad, Teams, Vonage)
  • CRM & ATS (Salesforce, Zoho, Bullhorn, Crelate, Tracker, and more)
  • Documents (Google Drive, OneDrive)
  • Web-Browser Activity (via Chrome Extension)

What the Score Is Not

  • It is not a performance rating or grade
  • It does not capture what you typed, said, or wrote
  • It is not a comparison between employees in different roles
  • A low score on one day does not mean poor performance

Two Key Scores to Know

Employee Prodoscore: Your individual score based on your own activity and connected tools.

Organization Prodoscore: The average score of all visible employees in the platform — providing leadership with a company-wide productivity pulse.

Manager vs. Individual Scores

Managers on the Managers Prodoscores page show two numbers: their individual Prodoscore (their own activity) and the average Prodoscore of their direct reports (their team's collective performance).
