Overview
Mapping users to products tells Prodoscore which integrations to pull activity data from for each employee. Without product mapping, no activity data is collected for that user.
Steps to Map Users

Go to Settings > Products in the admin panel.

You will see a list of connected products at the top of the screen.

Click on the product you'd like to map users to (e.g., Google Workspace, Salesforce, Slack).

Users who have a license for that product will appear in red font on a blue background. These are users ready to be mapped.

Click Save Changes at the bottom to map all users shown in red.
Caution: All users shown in red will be mapped when you click Save. If you don't want to map a specific user, click "None" next to their name before saving.
Troubleshooting Mapping Issues
- User shows "None": They may not have a license for that product. Click None and type their name — if they have a license, it will appear. If not, verify licensing with the product vendor.
- Name change issue: Users with a recent name change may still have their old name associated. Search by old name or contact support.
- Disconnected user: If a user becomes disconnected from a product after initial mapping, their name will reappear in red. Remap them manually to restore data collection.
