Set Up Performance Alerts

Overview

Performance alerts notify managers when an employee's Prodoscore drops significantly — enabling timely coaching conversations before small dips become larger issues. Alerts are configured at the admin level and delivered by email.

Steps to Set Up Performance Alerts

Go to Settings in the left menu.

Navigate to Alerts or Performance Alerts.

Click Add Alert.

Configure the alert threshold (e.g., score drops below 30, or drops by more than 20% in a week).

Select the recipient(s) — typically the employee's manager or an admin.

Click Save. Alerts will now be sent automatically when the condition is met.

Best Practice: Use alerts as a coaching trigger — not a disciplinary one. When an alert fires, the recommended first step is a check-in conversation to understand what's happening, not a formal performance action.
