Logging In with SSO

Single Sign-On (SSO)

Prodoscore uses Single Sign-On (SSO) based on your organization's domain host — either Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. You do not need a separate Prodoscore username or password.

How to Log In

Navigate to app.prodoscore.com

Click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft — whichever matches your company's email provider.

Authenticate with your corporate credentials. If you are already signed in to Google or Microsoft, you may be logged in automatically.

Important: You must use the email address that your Prodoscore admin used to activate your account. If you see an error, confirm with your admin that the correct email address was used.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

  • "Account not found" error: Your admin may not have activated your account yet, or used a different email address. Contact your Prodoscore admin.
  • Redirected back to login: Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt login in an Incognito/Private window.
  • SSO loop: Ensure your Google or Microsoft account is fully authenticated in your browser before attempting Prodoscore login.
