Chart Overview
The Prodoscore Distribution chart is displayed on the main dashboard. It shows how all employees are distributed across the three productivity tiers, giving managers an at-a-glance view of team engagement levels.
Productivity Buckets
Each bar in the chart represents a productivity bucket based on Prodoscore tiers:
- Red — Below Average: Prodoscore below 40. Employees in this tier may not be consistently using connected tools, which can indicate disengagement, onboarding gaps, or a need for additional support.
- Black — Within Average: Prodoscore between 40 and 75. This range is considered healthy and indicates consistent, sustainable productivity.
- Blue — Above Average: Prodoscore above 75. Individuals in this tier demonstrate a high level of daily activity. These users may be at risk of burnout and could benefit from workload review.
Note: Productivity buckets are standardized across all Prodoscore customers and are not customizable. Each role is scored independently — the same numeric score can represent different relative performance levels across different roles.
