Set Organizational Holidays

Overview

Organizational holidays are company-wide days off that should be excluded from scoring for all employees. Setting holidays in Prodoscore ensures no one receives a low score on days the company is officially closed.

Steps to Set Organizational Holidays

Go to Settings in the left menu.

Navigate to Holidays or Time Settings.

Click Add Holiday.

Select the date and enter a label (e.g., "Independence Day", "Company Offsite").

Click Save. The holiday will now be excluded from all employee scores on that date.

Tip: Set your full year's holiday calendar at the beginning of each year to avoid retroactive corrections. Prodoscore can adjust scores for holidays added after the fact, but it requires overnight processing.
