Remapping Users to Products

When to Remap

Users can become disconnected from a product after initial mapping. This typically happens when an employee changes their email address, re-authenticates with a different account, or a product token expires. When this happens, the data gap in their Prodoscore dashboard will be visible — and the Products page in admin settings will show visual indicators.

Signs a User Needs Remapping

  • User's name appears in red on the product list
  • The word "None" appears next to their name in the mapping column
  • Inputs from a specific product are missing from the user's Daily Input or Patterns dashboards

Steps to Remap a User

Go to Settings > Products in the admin panel.

Select the product the user is disconnected from.

Find the user — their name will appear in red if they are unmapped.

If their name shows "None", click None and type their name to search for their account. If they have a license, it will appear.

Click Save Changes to restore the connection.

Note: Remapping restores future data collection but does not backfill historical data for the period when the user was disconnected. If backfill is needed, contact support@prodoscore.com.

Chrome Extension Disconnection Alerts

If a user disconnects from the Chrome Extension specifically, Prodoscore can automatically send email alerts to admins to flag the issue. Enable this in Settings > Alerts if you want proactive notification of Chrome Extension disconnections.
