The Dashboard is the main landing page after login, providing a high-level snapshot of organization-wide work activity and productivity trends using intuitive graphs and metrics.
Dashboard Filters
Two filters control what data is displayed:
- Teams Filter: Multi-select dropdown to view specific teams only. Default: all teams.
- Date Range Filter: Select start and end dates. Default: last 7 days. Data retention limits apply per your license.
Use the Pin feature to lock filters across dashboards (see Filters & Pins).
Real-Time Widgets
Today's Attendance (Real-Time): Shows the count of employees present, absent, and on break right now. This widget is NOT affected by date range filters — it always displays today's status. Useful for quick operational awareness.
Trend Graphs
Attendance Trends: Grouped bar graph showing present vs. absent employee counts for each day in the selected range, plus a line overlay showing attendance percentage trend. Helps identify patterns (e.g., higher absences on Mondays/Fridays).
Most Productive Teams: Ranking of top 3 teams by productivity percentage. Click a team to drill down into that team's details.
Most Active Teams: Ranking of top 3 teams by activity percentage (active time vs. online time). High activity indicates engaged employees.
Clearing Filters
Click "Clear Filter" to reset Teams and Users filters to defaults. The date range does NOT reset — you must manually adjust it if needed.

- Daily standup: Check Today's Attendance widget to understand current workforce presence
- Weekly review: Review Attendance Trends and Top Performing Teams for the week
- Monthly analysis: Set date range to full month and analyze overall productivity trends
- Team comparison: Use filters to compare two teams' performance side-by-side
