Overview
Prodoscore integrates with your calendar (Google or Outlook) to automatically detect PTO days so they don't count against an employee's score. However, if an employee forgets to update their calendar, a manager or admin can mark PTO manually.
Steps to Manually Mark a PTO Day
Log in to Prodoscore and navigate to the Employee Dashboard.
Find the employee whose PTO you need to mark.
Right-click on the date that should be marked as PTO and select Mark Day as PTO.
Confirm both prompts (Yes and OK). The day will appear shaded on the dashboard.
The score will automatically update overnight to reflect the PTO status.
How to Remove a Mistakenly Marked PTO Day
Right-click on the shaded PTO day, select Remove PTO Day, and confirm. The change will reflect in the score the following day.
Half-Day PTO
Prodoscore currently only supports marking full days as PTO. If an employee takes a partial day off, note it separately for internal records — the system will treat the entire day as PTO once marked.
