Overview
Prodoscore integrates with your calendar (Google or Outlook) to automatically detect PTO days so they don't count against an employee's score. However, if an employee forgets to update their calendar, a manager or admin can mark PTO manually.Steps to Manually Mark a PTO Day
1 Log in to Prodoscore and navigate to the Employee Dashboard.
2 Find the employee whose PTO you need to mark.
3 Right-click on the date that should be marked as PTO and select Mark Day as PTO.
4 Confirm both prompts (Yes and OK). The day will appear shaded on the dashboard.
5 The score will automatically update overnight to reflect the PTO status.
Limitations: PTO can only be marked for dates within the past 30 days. For older dates, email support@prodoscore.com with the employee's name and the PTO dates.
