Overview
The Work Habits tab on the Employee Dashboard provides a granular, day-by-day view of an employee's activity — including their Prodoscore for each day, the tools they used, and how their activity compares to their role baseline.
Key Sections
Daily Score Timeline: A calendar or timeline showing the employee's Prodoscore for each workday. Days marked as PTO or holidays are visually distinguished and do not count against the score.
Score Details Drill-Down: Clicking on any day reveals a breakdown of the activities that contributed to (or were excluded from) that day's score. Greyed-out items were flagged and not counted.
Action Cards: At the bottom of the dashboard, action cards highlight what higher-scoring team members in the same role are doing differently — giving employees concrete suggestions for improving their score.
Understanding Greyed-Out Items
A greyed-out entry in the Score Details means the activity was not counted toward the Prodoscore. This happens when:
- The task was flagged by the system or manually excluded by a manager
- The activity is an incoming message (chat/email received), which does not count toward the score
- The calendar event met a flagging condition (see Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 Tips for flagging rules)
