Overview

The Prodoscore Chrome Extension tracks browser-based activity across approved web applications — including Gmail, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other business tools. It is the primary data source for organizations that work primarily in the browser.

Installation Steps

1 Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

2 Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for Prodoscore, or follow the installation link provided by your admin.

3 Click Add to Chrome (or Add to Edge) and confirm the permissions prompt.

4 Once installed, the extension will automatically sign in using your active Google Workspace account — no manual login required for Google users.

5 Verify the extension icon appears in your browser toolbar. Click it to confirm you are signed in.

Important: Enabling the Chrome Extension for a user will send them an email notification that Prodoscore is active. Ensure your organization is ready for a transparent deployment before enabling it for employees.

Enterprise Deployment (IT-Managed)

For large organizations, IT admins can deploy the Chrome Extension silently via Google Admin Console (for Google Workspace) or Intune/MDM (for Microsoft environments) using the extension's Chrome Web Store ID. Contact support for enterprise deployment guidance.
