Overview
The onboarding sheet is used during initial Prodoscore setup to bulk-load employees into the platform. Filling it out correctly ensures clean data, accurate scoring, and a smooth activation process.
Enter Employee Email
Provide each employee's email address only — do not include first or last name. The email must match the address associated with their Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 account.
Select Employee Department
Choose the correct department from the dropdown menu. If the exact department is not available, select the closest match. Custom departments can be added later after the initial load.
Define User Role
Assign a general role rather than a specific job title (e.g., Sales or Customer Support rather than Senior Account Executive). This helps categorize similar productive activities within Prodoscore, improves scoring accuracy, and keeps the environment easy to navigate.
Add Manager's Email
Enter the email address of each employee's manager. Ensure the manager is also listed as an employee in the sheet. Each manager's email should be entered on a separate line.
Set Employee View Status
- Self View: Recommended for Individual Contributors. Users can access only their own data.
- Team View: Designed for Managers. Users can view their own data and the data of their direct reports.
- Company View: Best suited for Executive Leadership. Users have visibility across the entire organization.
Configure Admin Settings
Assign admin rights where applicable. Admins can manage user access, settings, and organizational data. The individual authenticating O365 or Google Workspace must have admin access in Prodoscore.

- Use dropdown options for consistency during the initial load.
- All settings can be updated later if needed.
- The onboarding sheet supports up to 250 users per upload. For more than 250 users, notify your Implementation Specialist in advance.
