Subscription and Billing

Viewing Your Subscription

To view or manage your subscription:

1 Log into the Prodoscore portal as an Admin

2 Click your profile icon (top right) > Settings (or Billing)

3 Navigate to Billing or Subscription section

From here you can view:

  • Current plan tier
  • Number of licenses
  • Renewal date
  • Billing history

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher tier:

1 Go to Settings > Billing > Subscription

2 Click "Upgrade Plan"

3 Select the desired tier

4 Follow payment prompts

Your upgrade takes effect immediately. You'll be prorated based on your remaining subscription period.

Subscription Expired

If your account shows "Subscription Expired" upon login:

  • Your subscription has lapsed
  • Access to Prodoscore is restricted
  • Renew immediately to restore access

Contact support@prodoscore.com or click "Renew Subscription" in the portal to reactivate.

License Information

Licenses: Each license covers one user. You purchase licenses based on the number of employees you want to monitor.

Standard vs. Stealth: The same license can be used for standard or stealth deployment. No separate SKU.

Add-ons: Some features (Screenshots, Livestream, etc.) require paid add-ons beyond the base license. Contact support to purchase add-ons.

Custom Plans and Enterprise Pricing

For organizations with:

  • 100+ employees
  • Custom feature requirements
  • Special compliance needs
  • Volume discount negotiations

Payment Methods

Prodoscore accepts:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Wire transfer (for enterprise customers)
  • PO-based invoicing (depending on plan tier)

Annual Billing: Most plans offer a discount if you commit to annual billing instead of monthly. Review your options in the Billing section.
