Common Mac Installation Issues

Issue: Can't find the download link

Solution: Go to ag.prodoscore.com/downloads or in your portal, click profile icon > Download Apps > Mac. Select your architecture (Apple Silicon or Intel).

Issue: "MyZenV2 was blocked because it is not from an identified developer"

Solution: Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Security > click "Open Anyway" next to the MyZenV2 message.

Issue: Intermittent data gaps after installation

Solution: Verify all three permissions are granted: System Settings > Privacy & Security > Security (allow MyZenV2), Privacy & Security > Accessibility (toggle MyZenV2 ON), Privacy & Security > Screen Recording (toggle MyZenV2 ON).

Issue: Data stops syncing when offline

Solution: MyZen tracks offline and syncs automatically when internet is restored. No manual action needed. If offline for extended periods, restart the app or computer to force a sync attempt.

Solution: Check your welcome email for the workspace URL, or ask your Prodoscore admin for the workspace name. Format: [workspace-name].ag.prodoscore.com

Issue: How to update MyZen

Solution: Updates are automatic. No manual action required. If you want to force an update, restart your Mac or force-quit and relaunch MyZenV2 in Activity Monitor.

Issue: Are standard and stealth licenses separate purchases?

Answer: No. Any license can be used in either standard or stealth mode. Choose the mode that fits your deployment.

Check your internet connection. Verify you can access https://[workspace].ag.prodoscore.com in your browser. If you see a firewall or proxy message, check Networking Requirements.
