Compliance Settings

Compliance Settings provide administrative controls over sensitive data collection features. Navigate to Settings > Compliance to access these controls. All changes take effect immediately.

Screenshot Capture Control

The Screenshot Capture toggle controls whether screenshots are captured at all across your organization. When disabled, no screenshots are taken regardless of other settings. This is useful if your organization has decided not to use the Screenshots feature or wants to disable it temporarily for privacy reasons.

Important: Screenshots are an optional add-on that is OFF BY DEFAULT. They must be explicitly enabled by an admin and require the Screen Details add-on. Always review your organization's policies and applicable employment law before enabling screenshot capture.

Screenshots Download Permission

The Screenshots Download control prevents users (including admins and managers) from downloading screenshot images organization-wide. When disabled, screenshots can be viewed and reviewed in the dashboard but cannot be exported or saved locally. This adds an extra layer of protection against unauthorized access or distribution of sensitive screen content.

End-to-End Encryption

Enable End-to-End Encryption for an additional security layer beyond Prodoscore's standard at-rest encryption. When enabled, screenshots are encrypted with a key that only your organization controls. Note: thumbnail previews remain unencrypted for dashboard display purposes, but full-resolution downloads are encrypted.

Allow Prodoscore Support Access

The Allow Prodoscore Support Access toggle grants Prodoscore support managers temporary full admin access to your workspace for troubleshooting and configuration assistance. When enabled, Prodoscore support can view your settings and help resolve issues. When disabled, support can only view non-sensitive metadata. This is useful during onboarding or for complex technical issues.

Pro Tip: These settings are visible only to users with Admin role. Regularly review these settings as part of your security posture. Document any access granted to support for audit purposes.
