Every feature dashboard in Prodoscore includes filter controls to help you focus on the data that matters most. The Pin feature allows you to lock your filter selections so they persist across dashboards as you navigate.
Available Filters
Most dashboards include three standard filters:
- Teams Filter: Multi-select dropdown to view data for specific teams. Default: all teams.
- Users Filter: Multi-select dropdown to drill down to specific employees. Default: all users.
- Date Range Filter: Select a start and end date. Default: last 7 days. Maximum lookback depends on your data retention period per your license agreement.
Note: Some features use different date pickers (month-picker, single-date selector, etc.) instead of a range filter. Refer to the specific feature documentation for details.
The Pin Feature
The Pin icon appears next to each filter. Click it to "pin" that filter. When a filter is pinned:
- Your selection is remembered as you navigate between different dashboards and features
- You do not have to re-apply the same filter on every page
- The pin icon appears filled/highlighted to show it is active
Important: There is one combined pin for the Teams and Users filters together. When you pin either the Teams filter or the Users filter, both selections are locked across dashboards. The Date Range filter has its own separate pin and operates independently.
Clearing Filters
The Clear Filter button resets all filters to their defaults. When clicked:
- Teams filter resets to "All Teams"
- Users filter resets to "All Users"
- Date filter does NOT reset (it remains at your selected range) — you must manually adjust the date filter if needed
Date Range Considerations
The Date Range filter only affects features that support date range selection (Attendance, Productivity, Apps & URLs, Activity, Break Tracking, etc.). Features that use month-picker or single-date selectors are not affected by the Date Range pin. Always verify the date selection before interpreting reports.
